Junior Software Engineer - Mobile

About the role

LogiNext is seeking a Junior Software Engineer focused on mobile development to design, build, and launch core features for its flagship mobile product. The role offers the chance to work on both Android and iOS platforms, delivering high‑performing, secure applications that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop native Android or iOS applications using Kotlin/Java or Swift.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain end‑to‑end features from concept to release.
• Integrate location‑based services, REST APIs, Firebase Cloud Messaging and other backend services.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, battery consumption and UI/UX.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging mobile trends and incorporate new platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of experience developing native mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Required skills

• Swift or Java/Kotlin programming.
• SQLite database integration.
• Xcode and Android Studio IDEs.
• Location‑Based Services and REST Web Services integration.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Firebase services.
• Battery optimization techniques.
• Memory management, performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Mobile automation and unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile SDLC.
