Junior Recruiter – HR & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment while supporting our retainer clients with day‑to‑day HR operations. The role combines talent acquisition with on‑site HR support for clients in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate hiring requirements and candidate progress with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide on‑site HR support to retainer clients, including onboarding, documentation, employee engagement and HR process assistance.
• Travel to client offices in Mumbai as needed to represent the consultancy.
• Manage multiple recruitment and client responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with candidates, employees and clients.
• Excellent follow‑up, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client offices in Mumbai.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
