Junior Engineer - Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support our assembly line and help ensure smooth production operations. You will work closely with the production, quality, maintenance and supply‑chain teams to maintain high standards of efficiency, safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily production activities according to schedule.
• Monitor production processes to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve machine breakdowns and minimise downtime.
• Optimize the use of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation.
• Support process‑improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for production issues and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in production planning or control within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and safety practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
