Junior Campus Outreach Executive – Field Sales & Admissions

About the role

We are seeking a target‑oriented Junior Campus Outreach Executive to drive student admissions through on‑site school visits across Bhopal. The role combines field sales, relationship building with schools, and lead conversion to meet monthly admission targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools and establish relationships with school authorities and student coordinators.
• Identify new schools and develop campus partnership opportunities.
• Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programs.
• Generate student leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospective students and school contacts.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
• Record daily activities, leads, follow‑ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate outreach activities with Admissions and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Motivated individual with a strong focus on targets and results.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Bhopal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging school authorities and students.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow‑up activities efficiently.
