Junior Campus Outreach Executive – Field Sales & Admissions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Campus Outreach Executive to drive LeadIAS Junior's presence across colleges in North Kerala. This field‑based position involves frequent travel, direct interaction with college authorities and students, and a focus on generating and converting student leads into admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit colleges across North Kerala and build relationships with college authorities and student coordinators.
• Identify new colleges and establish campus partnerships.
• Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programs.
• Generate student leads and follow up to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow‑ups, and admissions.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams for outreach activities.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, educational sales, or admissions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable with frequent travel.
• Preferably based in North Kerala (Calicut, Malappuram, Kannur, Wayanad) with existing college contacts.
