Junior Business Developer – Bangalore

About the role

Join LittleBig Connection in Bangalore as a Junior Business Developer. You will start by managing client talent requirements and matching them with offers from our partner network, then expand to prospecting and acquiring new strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of customer accounts and animate the partner community.
• Build and maintain relationships with freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment agencies, and staffing partners.
• Align customer needs with provider proposals and oversee project delivery.
• Manage the financial performance of your profit centre.
• Identify and target new customer accounts using outreach channels and lead‑generation tools.
• Present solutions, ensure adoption, and collaborate with the growth team on cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
• Interest in a scale‑up environment and enthusiasm for B2B prospecting.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest or experience in technology, software publishing, or international work.
