Junior BIM Architect

About the role

The Junior BIM Architect supports the BIM team in developing accurate 3D architectural models and construction documentation under the guidance of senior professionals. It is an entry-level position for fresh graduates or early-career architects who want hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling, coordination workflows and digital project delivery on real architectural projects. The role is full-time and hybrid based in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and update 3D BIM models using tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Support senior team members in preparing architectural drawings, details and construction documentation.
• Take part in clash detection and model coordination under supervision, using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
• Maintain BIM standards, model setup protocols and naming conventions.
• Follow company workflows, templates and digital delivery procedures.
• Export views, schedules, sheets and quantities from BIM models.
• Carry out basic model health checks, data entry and quality reviews.
• Help coordinate with internal teams on minor model updates and revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 0-3 years of experience in BIM (architecture discipline); suitable for entry-level roles.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a BIM-driven environment.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture and Autodesk Navisworks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and fundamental architectural drafting standards is an advantage.
