Junior Architect

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our team in Kochi on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will work closely with senior architects on a variety of residential, institutional, commercial, retail, and interior design projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs and drawings.
- Support project management activities, including coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare visualisation materials and presentation boards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Participate in site visits and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong design and visualisation abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD software.
- Experience using 3D design software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
