Jewelry Sales Associate

About the role

The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jaipur. You will greet customers, understand their jewellery preferences, and guide them through the selection of 22k gold and silver pieces, explaining product features, pricing and hallmarks to ensure an informed and pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and recommend appropriate jewellery.
• Present product specifications, purity standards and certification details.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Handle billing, discounts and cash or digital transactions accurately.
• Manage stock on the sales floor and update basic documentation.
• Resolve customer queries and support after‑sales service.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s reputation for trust and quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with a diverse clientele.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn product specifications and certification details.
• Basic numerical ability for billing, discounts and transaction handling.
• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail or similar customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and flexibility to work weekends and peak festive seasons.
