Jewellery Sales Executive – Patna

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team in Patna. You will guide customers through our jewellery collections, provide expert advice, and help them find the perfect pieces for any occasion while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences, budget and jewellery needs.
• Present and explain collections, designs, gemstones, metals and product features.
• Offer personalized recommendations for engagement rings, wedding jewellery, fashion pieces and special occasions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders and other documentation accurately.
• Assist with product selection, customization, resizing, repairs, exchanges and returns.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure jewellery is presented according to company standards.
• Handle jewellery securely and follow store security, inventory and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory, billing, workshop and management teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and a confident, pleasant demeanor.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) or billing systems.
