IT Systems Administrator – Onsite in Trivandrum

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to own and maintain the core IT ecosystem that powers Nisje and its associated brands. The role is focused on delivering reliable, secure, and well‑managed infrastructure for internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, deploy, and configure laptops, phones, and workstations in a Mac‑first environment (macOS, iPhone, iPad).
• Perform regular health checks, security updates, and maintenance on all company‑issued devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
• Maintain software compliance by installing and updating applications according to operational needs.
• Evaluate and recommend device upgrades based on role requirements and emerging standards.
• Configure and administer company‑wide email services across multiple domains, ensuring reliable and secure communication.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the email system.
