IT Service Desk Engineer – Onsite Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused IT Service Desk Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end‑users in Jhajjar, Haryana. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues across desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office Suite.
• Perform hardware installation, upgrades, repairs and break‑fix activities.
• Deploy and image laptops and desktops following enterprise procedures.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and Active Directory administration, including Azure AD and MFA.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in desktop support or service desk environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
