IT Procurement Manager

About the role

The IT Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across a broad range of technology spend categories. This role partners with business stakeholders, Category Leads, Finance, Legal and Information Security to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements and deliver sustainable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract execution.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using competitive RFx processes, e‑RFx tools and e‑Auctions.
• Analyze spend data, contracts and market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Negotiate complex supplier agreements and manage contracts across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and fluent English communication.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or program management, with a focus on IT spend.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end sourcing engagements and contracts valued at $1 M+.

Required skills

• Ariba Source‑to‑Pay platform.
• Fieldglass contractor management system.
• eRFx tools for electronic sourcing.
