IT Operations & Support (Banking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations & Support professional to ensure seamless IT services for Credit Agricole CIB Services Private Ltd. and its group entities. The role involves end‑to‑end technical support for banking applications, infrastructure, and user environments in a 24/7 banking setting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for banking staff, diagnosing and resolving incidents related to core banking applications, VPN, and network.
• Provide Level 1 (and occasional Level 2) production support, monitoring applications and infrastructure to prevent service interruptions.
• Install, configure, and patch PCs, laptops, operating systems, and applications; manage video‑conferencing and print services.
• Support hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, VPN, data backup and restoration, and user profile management (creation, deletion, password resets).
• Log all tickets in ServiceNow or Jira, maintain incident records, and update knowledge‑base articles.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with the ability to work under 24/7 operational pressure.
• Good communication skills to interact with banking staff and escalation teams.
