IT Operations Specialist

About the role

Airbus India is looking for a detail‑oriented IT Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day technology services and maintain accurate technical data. This entry‑level position blends basic IT support with data‑entry responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, health, and data quality.
• Set up new‑hire workstations, configure Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.
• Track and log IT inventory such as laptops, monitors, and software licenses.
• Maintain clear logs of support tickets, resolutions, and system updates.
• Enter, update, and verify records in company databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Cross‑reference technical data, identify discrepancies, and correct them.
• Compile and format routine operational and data reports for management.
• Organize and digitize physical records, creating logical digital filing structures.

Required profile

• Education in software engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem‑solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance repetitive data‑entry tasks with dynamic technical support duties.
