About the role
We are looking for a technical professional with hands‑on experience in server administration, database maintenance, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor servers, systems, and databases.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and database‑related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, backups, patching, and system health checks.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents and maintain system availability.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required skills
- Server administration and infrastructure support.
- Database maintenance and basic SQL knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and incident management.
- Windows/Linux server experience is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
