IT Consulting Specialist – Network & Identity Management

About the role

As an IT Consulting specialist within Infosys, you will support the consulting team across multiple project phases, from problem definition to solution deployment. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical designs and proof‑of‑concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment activities.
• Research alternatives, conduct literature surveys and vendor evaluations, and build proof‑of‑concepts.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, define future processes and functional designs.
• Configure solutions on target products, troubleshoot issues, and recommend alternative approaches.
• Contribute to unit‑level initiatives aimed at delivering high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify business challenges.
• Awareness of current technology trends and willingness to learn.
• Experience assessing existing processes and suggesting technology‑driven improvements.
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains is a plus.
