IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end‑user environments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Manage and administer Windows and Linux servers, including OS installation, configuration, and updates.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data.
• Provide technical support to end users, handling hardware and software issues and managing user accounts and permissions.
• Enforce IT security policies, conduct regular audits, and address vulnerabilities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures, and generate performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
