About the role
The role involves managing the sales of Align Technology’s Invisalign product across a designated territory in India. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with dental practices, drive product adoption, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and profitability plans for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, and remove obstacles to success for assigned accounts.
- Provide regular reporting and customer feedback to the manager.
- Identify and engage certified and non‑certified doctors to expand Invisalign case volume.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement sales and marketing strategies, including managing key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and deliver market intelligence.
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure professional presentation when interacting with customers.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with dental professionals.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a high‑performance team.
