About the role
Infosys BPM is hiring enthusiastic individuals for its International Voice Customer Support team in Pune. The role involves handling inbound voice calls from global customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance across various time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer queries in English via phone.
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver accurate solutions.
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Document interactions and update systems as required.
Required profile
- Graduates with 0‑5 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including US night shifts.
Required skills
- Clear spoken English.
- Basic computer literacy for using call‑center applications.
