Internal Recruitment & Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

Almuqeet Systems is looking for an Internal Recruitment & Employee Engagement Specialist to join its HR team. This dual‑focus position combines full‑cycle technical and sales recruitment with the design and delivery of employee wellbeing and cultural programs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire software developers, technical engineers, and sales executives through proactive talent hunting and direct sourcing.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, technical, and commercial teams, building pipelines for critical roles.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and negotiate offers.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and cultural events.
• Plan team‑building activities, recognition programs, and internal communications that reinforce company values.
• Gather employee feedback via surveys and focus groups, implement action plans, and support onboarding for smooth integration.
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend enhancements to the employee experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of internal recruitment experience in a software/technology company.
• Proven track record hiring developers, engineers, and sales professionals.
• Hands‑on experience managing employee engagement, cultural, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience in fast‑paced tech environments with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Experience using engagement survey tools.
