Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Audit team at Landmark Group is looking for a diligent professional to conduct audits across stores and warehouses in the Bangalore region. You will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while supporting the group’s rapid expansion in the retail and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled audits of stores and warehouses to verify adherence to SOPs.
• Review and suggest updates to SOPs where necessary.
• Identify statutory non‑compliance and report it promptly.
• Perform procedural audits covering cash, credit card, gift vouchers, inventory, HR, and other critical processes.
• Audit warehouse activities such as material receipt, price revisions, returnable gate passes, and ageing.
• Follow up with auditees to remediate identified non‑compliance.
• Prepare audit reports, MIS analyses, and consolidate findings for regional teams.
• Liaise with external audit firms to ensure timely completion and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end internal and process audit experience.
• Experience in revenue audits, P2P, R2R, or Hire‑to‑Retire audits is advantageous.
• Retail industry knowledge preferred.
• CA, ICWA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
