Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Interior Site Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day activities of interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, high‑quality workmanship, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and enforce site rules.
• Lead site staff, subcontractors, and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality standards; identify and resolve defects.
• Implement and maintain site‑specific safety plans, conduct orientations, toolbox talks, and investigate incidents.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients; coordinate material deliveries and inventory.
• Resolve site conflicts, technical challenges, and design inconsistencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, track labor hours, productivity, and costs; assist with scheduling and budgeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising interior construction projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
