Interior Site Supervisor – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to lead daily interior fit‑out activities on multiple projects. The role requires a highly organized professional who can work independently, ensure quality execution, and maintain strong communication with design, factory, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily interior site activities across all assigned projects.
• Coordinate with design, factory, and project teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Monitor workmanship, material deliveries, and contractor performance.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• Prepare regular site updates, progress reports, and documentation.
• Handle client interactions and resolve site‑level issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor in the interior design/fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, installation procedures, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, including working and layout plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites when required.
