Integration Engineer (MuleSoft Support and Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Engineering – Integration Engineer to support and continuously improve our MuleSoft‑based integration and data onboarding ecosystem. The role focuses on production support of live integrations and data pipelines, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and data validation, while also driving enhancements, automation, and dashboard development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 rotational on‑call support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, detecting and resolving production issues promptly.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents related to integration failures, file processing errors, and data mismatches; perform root‑cause analysis and document post‑incident reports.
• Query, validate, and reconcile data using SQL across relational databases during live incidents.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS S3 bucket activity, handling file delays, permission issues, failed or stuck files, and lifecycle configurations.
• Use Anypoint Monitoring, Amazon CloudWatch, or equivalent APM tools to monitor integrations and respond to alerts proactively.
• Maintain and contribute to a knowledge base and runbooks documenting recurring issues, root causes, and resolution steps.
• Manage support tickets end‑to‑end against defined SLAs using Jira or similar tools.
• Support EDI transaction processing in production, investigating related issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting MuleSoft integrations in a production environment.
• Strong SQL and AWS S3 troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated domains is preferred.
