About the role
An Injection Moulding Operator is needed in Pune (Hinjewadi) to operate and monitor injection moulding machines so that production runs smoothly and meets quality requirements. The position is full time, paid up to 3 LPA.
Key responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding machines and related equipment.
- Monitor machine parameters and product quality during production.
- Perform mould loading and unloading and basic machine setup support.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality compliance.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure proper material handling and machine cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for troubleshooting.
Required profile
- ITI or diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in injection moulding operations.
- Basic understanding of moulding processes and machine operations.
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry preferred.
