Infrastructure Engineer (AI & Infra)

About the role

Reveleer, which provides a unified platform for risk adjustment, quality improvement, clinical intelligence and member management for health plans and providers, is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer in Chennai (hybrid). The role leads the next generation of IT infrastructure: it runs on automation, uses AI-powered tooling and connects systems through modern APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The engineer owns the reliability and security of the hybrid cloud environment while reducing manual IT workload through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer macOS, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments, and manage Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, Azure AD Domain Services, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure, hybrid connectivity and PaaS workloads, and troubleshoot hybrid networking (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Work with the security team on HIPAA, HITRUST and NIST compliance, and implement and monitor EDR/XDR solutions.
• Build automated monitoring pipelines, self-healing runbooks and AI-assisted incident response, and document changes in a version-controlled knowledge base.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows and MCP-based integrations, and pilot LLM-driven tools for scripting, anomaly detection and runbook generation.
• Build REST and GraphQL API integrations and automation libraries in Python and PowerShell, and manage identity and access via API-driven automation.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues, partner with DevOps, security and engineering teams, and take part in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years in systems engineering or systems administration, owning complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in IT operations, including prompt engineering, API integration or agent orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience in a healthcare IT or regulated environment (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
• Preferred: experience with LangChain, AutoGen or custom MCP servers; infrastructure-as-code and GitOps (Terraform, Bicep); DevOps or platform engineering background; Azure Administrator Associate, MCSE or equivalent certification.
