Influencer Marketing Intern

About the role

Suroskie, a fast‑growing D2C skincare and beauty brand, is looking for an enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to support its creator‑driven campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to discover, engage, and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand’s story.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Execute end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to activation.
• Coordinate with creators, agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Manage campaign briefs, content approvals and publishing timelines.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on creator trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Passion for influencer marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Understanding of creator trends and the influencer ecosystem.
• Prior internship or experience in D2C, beauty or fashion is a plus, but not mandatory.
