Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

Suroskie, a fast‑growing D2C skincare and beauty brand, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead creator collaborations that amplify our product stories. You will own the end‑to‑end process of influencer campaigns, from discovery to performance reporting, ensuring each partnership aligns with our brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant beauty and skincare influencers.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and budgets.
• Create and execute full‑cycle influencer campaigns, including briefs, content approvals, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Write clear, inspiring content briefs and manage creator deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Generate creative concepts, hooks, and content angles that drive campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, platforms, and influencer landscape.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, or related fields.
• Background working with D2C brands, preferably in skincare, beauty, or personal care.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and maintain strong creator relationships.
