Industrialisation Engineer Apprenticeship

About the role

Join Airbus India’s Industrialisation department in Bangalore as an Industrialisation Engineer Apprentice. This 12‑month program is designed for fresh graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in aerospace manufacturing, digital twins, and industrial automation.

Key responsibilities

• Create 3D digital mock‑ups of production plants and document best‑practice methodologies.
• Support the deployment of industrial systems and digital‑twin capabilities.
• Deliver manufacturing engineering activities for aerostructure industrialisation at Indian suppliers.
• Develop and validate a data product that maps supplier data to OPC UA information models.
• Use 3DExperience tools to produce routing, BoM, work orders, and build processes.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic systems, supporting virtual commissioning across Airbus sites.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (B.Tech/M.Tech/PG) in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or Chemical Engineering.
• No prior full‑time professional experience; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
• Willingness to commit to a full‑time 12‑month apprenticeship starting July 2026 (flexible).

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3DExperience or similar 3D CAD tools.
• Understanding of OPC UA data modelling.
• Basic robotic programming and troubleshooting.
