Independent Contract Attorney – Remote (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to work remotely on a contract basis, helping to train next‑generation AI systems. You will evaluate AI‑generated contract suggestions and provide legal feedback, ensuring the models learn to produce accurate and reliable outputs across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to assess AI suggestions.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios, identifying risks and legal inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and annotation guidelines.
• Spot gaps or inconsistencies in AI‑generated drafts and propose legally sound corrections.
• Maintain high‑quality legal input to improve AI reliability in contract drafting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating contracts in a legal or corporate setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess legal risks.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and technology transactions.
• Comfortable providing feedback on AI‑generated outputs without prior AI experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
