Independent Attorney – Remote Contract Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our client’s team on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will apply your contract law expertise to train next‑generation AI systems by evaluating and refining model outputs in realistic negotiation scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to assess AI‑generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios, providing detailed feedback to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to shape training data, annotation guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in AI‑generated drafts and propose legally compliant corrections.
• Ensure high‑quality legal input that enhances the reliability of AI‑driven contract tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating contracts in a legal or corporate setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess legal risks.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and technology transactions.
• Comfortable providing feedback on AI‑generated outputs without prior AI experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
