Immigration Sales Consultant (Remote, English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Immigration Sales Consultant to join our remote team. The role combines sales outreach with high‑quality legal translation support for English‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing information about translation services.
• Make outbound calls to prospects to discuss their translation needs and promote services.
• Deliver verbal and written translations of legal documents, ensuring accurate terminology.
• Update clients on case progress, timelines, and any changes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for new clients, clarifying required services.
• Maintain detailed client records, including case details and translated documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and addressing questions promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or translation.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work full‑time (9 AM – 6 PM EST) on a six‑day schedule.
