Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will manage the complete employee lifecycle for on‑site staff in Durg. This full‑time position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance documentation, and off‑boarding while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies and employee records.
• Support payroll and benefits administration and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Address employee queries, drive engagement initiatives, and assist with training coordination.
• Continuously improve HR processes through collaboration with internal teams.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of HR management with practical experience.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and apply HR policies aligned with organisational goals.
• Experience managing employee benefits and understanding compensation compliance.
• Strong personnel‑management capabilities, including conflict resolution and employee‑relations support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and basic payroll coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Durg.
