Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

Fly2Infinity Consultancy is seeking a proactive Human Resources Recruiter to manage client recruitment needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure timely closure of vacancies. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, their HR teams, and prospective talent.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment requirements received from clients and take ownership of vacancy closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client specifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in recruitment with a solid understanding of screening processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Result‑driven, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using job portals and basic MS Office/Excel.
