HR Customer Services Support Agent

About the role

The HR Customer Services Support Agent provides transactional HR services and responds to internal employee inquiries across a range of topics such as performance management, benefits, payroll, and immigration cases. The role ensures accurate, timely information while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Assist internal customers with inquiries on HR processes, Workday, policies, benefits, payroll, learning platforms, stocks, and immigration cases.
• Consult with team members and supervisors on complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Create and maintain process documentation and identify process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with HR policies and SLAs.
• Manage multiple competing demands in a high‑volume environment while delivering consistent, accurate work.
• Communicate professionally with a “can‑do” attitude and provide proactive solutions for atypical situations.

Required profile

• Full proficiency in English and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an HR environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to work the India day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Required skills

• Workday (HR system) proficiency.
• ServiceNow reporting and ticketing experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
