About the role

Join Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing all HR functions for a dynamic airport hotel. You will lead a dedicated HR team, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with Indian labor regulations while supporting the hotel’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards.
• Implement Hyatt corporate HR strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities.
• Partner with hotel leadership to develop people capability and a strong leadership pipeline.
• Support financial objectives through workforce planning, payroll management, and HR budgeting.
• Champion Hyatt Purpose, Values, and Leadership Profile across all departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Human Resources Manager, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employee relations and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in people management, talent development and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to balance business priorities with a people‑centric approach aligned to Hyatt values.
