Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Surat. You will oversee end‑to‑end HR processes, ensure statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full payroll cycle, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, TDS).
• Design and execute appraisal cycles, conduct performance reviews, and support improvement plans.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, campus hiring, and talent pipeline development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, draft HR policies, contracts, and liaise with authorities.
• Identify skill gaps, design and deliver training, and assess effectiveness.
• Plan and run employee engagement, cultural events, and CSR activities.
• Identify and implement HR process improvements, automation, and analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA HR / MHRD / MHRM / PGDM HR or technical graduation.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, performance appraisal systems, compensation & benefits, and employee lifecycle management.
