Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations for Khodal Bag Private Limited, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Surat and supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and related documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters, respond to queries, and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Assist with attendance tracking, payroll inputs, and HR policy implementation.
• Organise training, engagement, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads for workforce planning and organisational growth.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations, documentation, and process coordination.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Surat and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment is preferred.
