Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all day‑to‑day HR activities for a jewellery manufacturing and export organization based in Jaipur. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering a seamless employee experience from recruitment through off‑boarding while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee life‑cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Handle employee relations, resolve queries, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, training initiatives, and organizational development.
• Produce accurate HR records, reports, and analytics to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing core HR functions in a manufacturing or export setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations, and compliance requirements for Jaipur.
• Ability to design and implement HR processes aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in a HR Manager or similar leadership role is strongly preferred.
