About the role
You will ensure URTech remains the best place to work by owning the entire employee lifecycle, supporting a fast‑growing tech environment that delivers digital products worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring software engineers.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll using HR platforms.
- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting software engineers.
- Deep understanding of Indian labour regulations.
