US Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join Protouch Staffing’s team in Dehradun. You will source, screen and place qualified healthcare professionals in travel assignments across the United States, acting as a bridge between candidates and client facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for a variety of open positions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and healthcare facilities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews and reference checks.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding.
• Stay current on US healthcare industry trends, regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing processes.
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms such as ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a recruiter in US healthcare staffing.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare job titles, specialties, and licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with US time zones, culture, and tax terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented approach.
