About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Sangolda, Goa. The role involves shaping people strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
• Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices and labour law matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR manager or comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR management systems.
