Talent Acquisition Intern – Tech Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support Paytm's recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology positions. You will work on real‑time hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers while gaining hands‑on exposure to tech hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for tech roles using LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support tech hiring drives, including weekend drives as required.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Assist with job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Interest in tech recruitment / IT hiring.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
