Talent Acquisition Enabling Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to lead our Enabling and Corporate hiring function at Paytm. In this strategic role you will define and execute talent acquisition strategies for Enabling positions, partnering closely with senior business leaders to attract and onboard top‑tier talent that supports our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy for Enabling roles across Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Enterprise Sales.
• Partner with the executive team and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence to anticipate challenges, identify talent trends, and solve complex executive hiring problems.
• Optimize end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and high candidate satisfaction.
• Drive exceptional candidate and referee experiences while maintaining confidentiality and meeting internal SLAs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive KPI reports and manage strategic dashboards for executive hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on Enabling and Corporate roles in a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in recruitment reporting and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools, social media, job boards, and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Graduation in any discipline; an MBA in HR is a plus.
