HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition in Indore

About the role

The HR Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for Anaxee, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both applicants and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyse data and prepare reports on hiring effectiveness.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership, including the CEO for late‑evening interview slots.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to conduct online interviews in late evenings when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
