HR Recruiter – Manufacturing (6‑month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for plant and manufacturing functions. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for production, maintenance, quality, projects, EHS, supply chain, stores, procurement, utility, engineering and other plant roles.
• Gather manpower requirements from hiring managers and design sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback and drive timely decision‑making.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and regular hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or plant hiring.
• Experience hiring both blue‑collar and white‑collar plant positions is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
