HR Recruiter

About the role

CTeBS is seeking an HR Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will partner with engineering, product, and sales managers to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and drive them through a fast, transparent recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create role scorecards and realistic timelines.
• Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other platforms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date ATS, keep candidates informed, and monitor time‑to‑hire metrics.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Represent the employer brand through job posts, career page content, LinkedIn presence, meetups, and campus events.
• Support onboarding handoff and early‑tenure check‑ins with the HR team.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as source effectiveness, offer‑to‑join ratio, pipeline conversion, and cost per hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year hiring for IT/software product roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates.
• Comfortable discussing technical roles and technology stacks.
• Strong written and spoken English; Malayalam is a plus for local sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Keka, Darwinbox) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized and able to manage 8‑12 open roles simultaneously.
