HR Executive – End-to-End HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end HR operations and administration across the organization. The role will partner with business heads to align talent strategy with operational needs while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for plant and corporate positions, develop manpower plans and oversee onboarding, induction, documentation and exits.
• Administer day‑to‑day HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS and personnel documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, POSH and other applicable regulations; coordinate audits and inspections.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters, promote a positive workplace culture and drive engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, identify training needs and oversee learning and development programmes.
• Work closely with finance/payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and manage attendance, leave and master data.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee communications; oversee general administration, facilities and vendor coordination as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using HRMS platforms.
