HR Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with at least one year of experience to join our team in Jabalpur. The role focuses on supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, including IT and software development roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain recruitment records, track hiring metrics, and manage data in an applicant tracking system.
• Draft clear job descriptions and prepare offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 + years of recruitment or HR coordination experience.
• Knowledge of IT and software development roles and familiarity with the local labor market.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with an inclusive, professional approach.
